Presbyterian Women
Like many Presbyterian Churches, First Church values and enjoys opportunities for the women of First to grow spiritually together. Once a month during the year Presbyterian Women gathers for Bible Study at Gino’s Restaurant on the third Friday (Sept-June).
Presbyterian Women also organizes an annual All Church Baby Shower in April for St. Joseph Hospital and the Baldwin Center and gives away Christmas Baskets prior to Christmas for families in need. Other activities include many attending Presbyterian Women regional events. Presbyterian Women are highly involved in mission and have planned giving throughout the year.
Presbyterian Women’s Renaissance Circle supports the members of First Church in a variety of ways including providing luncheons following funeral/memorial services, and partnering with other ministries to help as needed with a variety of items including seasonal flowers.
